Case 11-16 – John and Michele Roncaioli, 56 Columbus Avenue, request for variances to allow construction of a dormer on the back side of the house for a 20’ x 20’ +/- utility/study/computer room.
Case 11-17 – Sydna and Marvin Hyman, 44 Corsino Avenue, request for variances to allow installation of new foundation which increases height of structure from 17’ to 20’ to accommodate new septic system.
